Kelsey Evavold

Kelsey Evavold was named Director, Human Resources and Safety, beginning February 2025. 

Kelsey is an experienced HR professional with expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and employee relations. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. 

Kelsey previously held the roles of Director Human Resources at UnitedHealth Group and Radisson Hotel Group Americas, where she led initiatives in talent management, total rewards strategy, organizational design, and talent acquisition. 

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys traveling, golfing, and practicing yoga. She also serves on the Board for the Otter Cove Children’s Museum in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Kelsey lives in Fergus Falls with her husband, Adam, and their two children.
