A properly maintained heat pump or air conditioner can provide up to 25% in energy savings. Residential and Commercial customers can receive one $150 rebate for a heat pump tune up or one $75 rebate for an air-conditioner tune up per account. Tune up must be completed by a licensed contractor. Tune up rebates are available once every ten years per account.
