We offer for sale or lease a Brayden 9312 residential demand controller with 8i, 10i, 12i, 14i, or 16i relay options.

This full-feature demand controller allows system monitoring with large LED digits. Its audible alarm sounds if you exceed the set demand limit. It also allows you to reprogram appliance control order without an electrician. The purchase price is $875.

Or take advantage of our lease-to-buy program, which features 48 monthly payments of $20 with a final buyout payment of $1. Payments are added to your monthly electric service statement.
