Heat pumps don’t make heat. They move it, taking advantage of the earth’s free heat available in the air or ground to provide an efficient and environmentally friendly form of heating and cooling.

Heat pumps come in three major applications:

1. Air-source heat pumps, which include cold-climate heat pumps specifically designed to perform in cold weather.
2. Air-to-water heat pumps.
3. Geothermal heat pumps.
