Renewable energy

The latest in our wind and solar programs.

An investment in renewable energy

Our goal is to own or contract energy generation that's 55% renewable by 2030.

In addition, we're targeting carbon emissions from our owned generation resources to be 50% lower than 2005 levels by 2030—and 97% lower by 2050.

As the cost of renewable energy decreases and efficiency increases, you’ll continue to pay less for the energy to power your home or business than you would almost anywhere else in the nation.

A diverse mix of energy resources is more than just a technological advance—it’s also an effective way to help us maintain cost-effective, reliable service.
